FOREST HILL DEVELOPMENT

On this estate lot subdivision project by Northridge Homes in East Garafraxa we were involved right from the start.

This project began with selectively clearing trees to allow for the cut and fill. With a variety of soil types on the property we were able to strategically utilize the gravel from cuts to build the road base. In areas where we cut sandy material, we placed it in locations that would later benefit the client and homeowners in the form of smaller septic system footprints. Onsite topsoil was screened and utilized in the infiltration ditches which help minimize impacts from heavy rain events. As well the onsite soil was screened to save cost and provide a beautiful, finished product for landscaping.

Managing the onsite material and placing it where it would be most beneficial for a long lasting quality road base, or minimizing the septic footprints saved significant costs now and in the future. Being involved right from the start allowed us to put our 50 plus years of experience to work for our client. With every project we strive not only to do the job, but to bring added value and help our client succeed.
