About Our Driver Roles

Allto drivers support excavation, aggregate, site-servicing and construction projects typically located within one hour of Orangeville. The work requires safe operation, dependable attendance, accurate reporting and professional coordination with dispatch and field crews.

What a Future Position May Offer

• Hourly rate up to $36 per hour, paid weekly and based on experience and duties.

• Earlier scheduled finish on Fridays, subject to project requirements.

What We Look For

• Valid Ontario DZ or AZ licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
• At least three years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating triaxle dump trucks; equipment-float experience is an asset.
• Construction-site experience and a strong understanding of safe loading, unloading and site access.
• Accurate daily reporting and clear communication with dispatch and field staff.
• Good equipment-care habits and prompt reporting of maintenance concerns.
• Dependable attendance and a safety-focused attitude.
• Common Core and Worker Health and Safety Awareness training are assets.
